Here’s what’s included
These luxury greetings cards are one-off
keepsakes, each one featuring carefully
selected patterns and embellishments
from my vast library. Each card is paper
lined and themes range from charming
to vibrant.
The message inside the card is printed
on transluscent paper, so that you can
see the lining paper beneath. It is held in
place with a decorative ribbon.
Inside each card, attached on the left, is
a miniature envelope containing an
inspiring quotation.
The card is wrapped in tissue inside a
white box with a clear lid. The box is tied
with ribbon and includes a blank tag.

ABOUT Janet Xavier
I make greetings cards in my Toronto
studio. It’s been a lifelong passion. Ever
since I was a small child growing up in
England I’ve had a love of paper and
card and its myriad textures, colours
and patterns. I like to see how they work
together and to find compelling
combinations. A few years in the print
and graphics industry further fueled my
passion.
For many years I made greetings
cards for the pure joy of it — when I get
good feedback it makes my day! People
started requesting cards to send to their
friends and so Janet Xavier Handmade
Greetings Cards came into being.
Each of the cards I make is unique. I
make them one at a time, and each one
takes anywhere from one to five hours.
I’m extraordinarily fussy about my work.
You’ll notice the detail that goes into
each card when you open the box, fold
back the tissue paper, and lift out the
card. It’s multi-layered, multi-textured,
and lined with exquisite papers.
Custom Card Options
1. You can have your own, completely original cards or invitations, made to your specifications ~ for that really important person or occasion. 2. You can have a unique greeting. 3.
